Terms of Service
Draft pending legal review. This text describes how the service works today and will be replaced by approved legal text before launch. It is not legal advice and makes no compliance certification.

These terms describe how you may use OZONE Catalog, a service for building and publishing digital menus and catalogs. It is provided by the operator of OZONE Catalog (legal entity to be confirmed) (“we”). By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
- You sign up with your name, an email address and a password. You must confirm the email address before you can sign in.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- You can see and sign out your other active sessions from your account page.
2. Businesses and teams
- After sign-up you set up a business. Its Owners and Admins can invite team members as Admins or Content Editors (only an Owner can make someone an Owner). Each role sees and changes only what it is allowed to; Content Editors work only on the catalogs assigned to them.
- The business’s Owners are responsible for who has access to the business and for the business’s content.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of the text, prices, images and other content you add (“your content”). You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you, including showing published catalogs to anyone with their link or QR code.
- You must have the rights to your content, and it must be accurate and lawful. Prices and descriptions are your statements to your customers, not ours.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, misleading, infringes the rights of others, or contains malware. Do not try to access other businesses’ data or interfere with the service.
- Uploaded images are checked and re-encoded, and stored in private storage. Only the copies used by a published catalog are shown to visitors.
4. Drafts, publishing and links
- Changes stay in a private draft until you publish. Publishing creates a fixed version that visitors see until you publish again, pause or unpublish the catalog.
- Each catalog has a permanent link and permanent QR codes. Placement QR codes are never reused; you can disable one, after which it no longer leads to your catalog.
- You can change a catalog’s readable link (slug). Links using a previous readable link are redirected to the catalog, and the permanent link and QR codes keep working.
5. Analytics
Owners and Admins can see aggregate counts for their published catalogs: page views, QR redirect requests, item detail opens and contact taps. These are approximate counts, not unique visitors or confirmed scans. We do not profile or track your visitors. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Plans and limits
- Each business is on a plan with limits (for example, published catalogs, items, team members, QR placements and media storage). The current limits are shown on the Plans page and enforced by the service.
- Prices have not been announced, and there is no online payment in this version. We will not charge you without telling you the price first and getting your agreement.
- If a plan’s limits are lowered, nothing you already have is deleted or unpublished, but you may not be able to add more until you are within the limits.
7. Our administration of the service
- Our platform administrators can see operational information about businesses (such as names, members, catalog names and status) to run and support the service. They do not have access to your draft content or analytics through the console.
- We may suspend a business that breaks these terms, is under review for fraud, or at its owner’s request. A suspended business’s public catalogs show as unavailable. We record who did this, when and why, and we can lift a suspension.
- Administrative actions are recorded in an audit trail.
8. Availability and changes
- We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We may change or improve features. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update this page and the date above, and tell account holders when the change significantly affects them.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account or delete a business, contact us using the procedure below; self-service account deletion is not available yet. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
10. Liability
Limits on liability, the governing law and the courts for disputes will be set out here after legal review. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
11. Contact and support
For questions, support or requests about these terms, use the contact form. Give the email address of your account and the business concerned, and we will reply by email. We may ask you to confirm the request from your account’s email address.
